We are Chemsta, a company that has been engaged in turnkey plants and equipment manufacturing for oilseeds processing (soybean, peanut, rapeseed, sunflower, cottonseed, corn germ, etc.) and vegetable protein (soybean protein concentrate – SPC, soybean protein isolate – SPI, cottonseed protein, etc.) for 46 years.
Starting in 2021, we have decided that for at least the next 30 years, Chemsta will report to you once a year on the projects we have signed, under construction, and completed in the last year to give you an idea of what Chemsta has done in the previous year or two (some are large projects that may last two years) to help you better understand Chemsta.

In the past 2022, we have delivered the following projects:
(1) 30,000 Tons Per Year Food Grade Soybean Protein Concentrate Production Line and Plant

The customer of this project has been cooperating with Chemsta for more than 15 years. Starting from the production line of 10,000 tons per year of food-grade soybean protein concentrate, the customer has built 20,000 tons per year and 30,000 tons per year of food-grade soybean protein concentrate production lines. Over the past 15 years, the customer has continued to grow and develop, and we are proud to grow together with the customer and share the technological progress.
(2) 80,000 Tons Per Year Feed Grade Soybean Protein Concentrate Production Line and Plant

In 2016, the customer built a new 40,000 tons per year feed grade soybean protein concentrate production line, which Chemsta turnkeyed, and all equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning were completed by Chemsta. Because of the low consumption and good product index of this production line, the soybean protein concentrate produced exceeded the demand, so the customer built a new production line with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons of feed grade soybean protein concentrate, also undertook by Chemsta, and the project was delivered perfectly in 2022.

(3) 250t/d Sunflower Seed Oil Solvent Extraction Production Line (Russia)
The Russian customer has compared the strengths and track records of suppliers from all over the world and finally chose Chemsta, for which we are very grateful.
(4) 200t/d Soybean Oil Refining and Food Grade Concentrated Phospholipid Production Line
(5) 800t/d Peanut Pressing and Solvent Extraction, 200t/d Peanut Oil& Rape Seed Oil Refining Production Line

The customer of this project is Luhua Group, the most famous peanut oil brand in China. In recent years, Chemsta has built more than ten peanut oil plants for the Luhua Group, all of which have been successfully put into operation.

Starting in 1976, as a state-owned enterprise, Chemsta (Jining Machinery Design and Research Institute) has more than 46 years of experience in oil seeds processing and vegetable protein engineering and equipment manufacturing industry.
During these 46 years, generations of Chemsta engineers have been dedicated to the R&D, production, and manufacturing of oil seeds processing and vegetable protein processing equipment and engineering, and we have never ventured into other industries because we believe that “focus” is the only way to better serve our customers.
In the past 46 years, we may not have grown with you, but in the next 46 years, Chemsta hopes to continue to grow and expand with your business.
