Shandong Chemsta Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, production, operation and services, and an affiliated subsidiary of Shandong Ronghui Group Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Jining Energy Development Group).
CHEMSTA currently has a total workforce of 215 employees, including more than 110 engineering and technical professionals in various fields. Among the staff, over 60 hold professional titles at associate senior level or above (including 9 with full senior professional titles); 2 are recognized as young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Shandong Province, and 1 is entitled to the Special Government Allowance of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.
CHEMSTA specializes in the design and manufacture of complete set of equipment for plant oil extraction and refining, complete set of equipment for soybean white flakes and plant protein (soybean protein concentrate, soybean protein isolate, cottonseed protein, peanut protein, sunflower seed protein, etc.), complete set of equipment for extraction and fractionation of natural product, complete set of equipment for harmless treatment of livestock and poultry, large-scale drying equipment, and chemical pressure vessels (GB/ASME), as well as the design of industrial plants, and the R&D, production and manufacturing of electrical automation control systems and general mechanical equipment, and engineering installation of projects.
We have qualifications in engineering design, pressure vessel (GB/ASME) and pressure pipeline design, manufacturing and installation, as well as mechanical and electrical equipment installation, etc., and have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. CHEMSTA has been awarded a host of honorary titles, including “National High-Tech Enterprise”, “National Contract-Abiding and Credit-Worthy Enterprise”, National Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative “Little Giant” Enterprise, The First Batch of “Top 100 Advanced Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Shandong Province”, “Shandong Provincial Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise”, “Shandong Provincial Gazelle Enterprise”, and the “Shandong Provincial May 1st Labor Award Certificate”.
We have also been accredited with 5 provincial-level R&D platforms, namely the Provincial “Grain and Oil Processing Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center”, Provincial “Enterprise Technology Center”, Provincial “Industrial Design Center”, Provincial “Engineering Research Center”, and Provincial “One Enterprise, One Technology” R&D Center. In recent years, CHEMSTA has obtained more than 150 granted patents (including 20 invention patents) and 13 software copyrights, and has participated in the formulation of 4 national standards. We have undertaken 3 to 5 provincial-level and above scientific and technological R&D projects annually, and has completed over 60 key R&D projects at the national, provincial and municipal levels. The technologies of most products rank at the leading domestic level, with some reaching the internationally advanced level. Our products have won numerous science and technology awards and honorary titles. Among them, 7 products including “Research on Extraction and Application of Soybean Protein Concentrate and R&D of Intelligent Equipment” have obtained the National Key New Product Certificate; the “Key Technology and Application of High-Value Processing of Soybean Protein” project was awarded the Grand Prize of the Dabeinong Science and Technology Award; “Technology Development and Industrialization of Large-Scale Intelligent Complete Set of Equipment for Producing Soybean Protein Concentrate by Ethanol Method” has been awarded the first prize of science and technology award of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association (CCOA); More than 60 products, including “800T/D Low Temperature Extraction Process and Complete Set of Equipment”, “30000T/A Complete Set of Technology and Equipment for Ethanol Method Production of Soybean Protein Concentrate”, and “800T/D Complete Set of Equipment for Peanut Oil and Peanut Protein Extraction”, have been granted Provincial Science and Technology Award Certificates. In addition, over 40 products including “Energy-Saving Production Technology and Intelligent Equipment for Low Temperature Meal” have received Municipal Science and Technology Award Certificates.
