Recently, two achievements independently developed by Chemsta, “Tubular Falling Film Evaporator, Concentration Device and Its Method and Process” (Patent No. ZL 02010238076.3) and “a Soybean Syrup Concentration Device and Its Method and Process” (Patent No. ZL 202010238060.2), were granted invention patents after examination by the State Intellectual Property Office. These two invention patents are mainly used in the field of protein concentrate technology and equipment, which are the new technical innovation achievements of Chemsta in the process of R&D of soybean protein concentrate(SPC) technology (ethanol as solvent) and equipment.
Based on the guiding ideology of “producing one generation, reserving one generation and developing one generation”, from January 2020 to August 2021, Chemsta has applied for 27 patents, including 8 invention patents. Eighteen patents have been granted, including two patents for inventions.
The achievement of these research results is a reflection of Chemsta’s emphasis on technological innovation over the years and taking innovation as an important task for enterprise development, and also a reflection of Chemsta’s technical strength as a national high-tech enterprise. At the same time, the continuous industrialization and application of the innovative achievements have also contributed to the rapid upgrading and progress of the deep processing technology and equipment of vegetable Oils&Fats, which has established the superiority of our company in the deep processing equipment industry of vegetable Oils&Fats, and a number of equipment technologies have been evaluated by the expert team in the industry as the world advanced level.
