Recently, two soybean deep processing production lines contracted by Chemsta, Tianjin Beihe Biotechnology Company’s annual production line of 70,000 tons of soybean protein concentrate (SPC), and Shandong Guohong Biotechnology Company’s annual production line of 150,000 tons of soybean low-temperature meal(Soybean White Flake), started construction at the same time.
The first line – SPC production line, Beihe Biological’s annual output of 70,000 tons of soybean protein concentrate (SPC) project is located in Lingang Economic Zone, Tianjin. It is the tenth domestic soybean protein concentrate production line designed and built by Chemsta, and the second domestic feed grade soybean protein concentrate production line with the largest single line in the world after Fujian Xingyu project.
The second line – soybean white flake production line, located in Shandong Gaotang County Economic Development Zone, the project of Guohong Biological Processing annual capacity of 150,000 tons of soybean low-temperature meal production line (500 TPD soybean white flake) is a raw material processing plant for the production line of high-end soybean protein (food grade) with an annual output of 50,000 tons.
In consideration of the uncertainty of the epidemic situation and its impact on production and supply chain, Chemsta leaders team had foresight, planned and promoted the design, material supply, production and epidemic prevention work in a coordinated manner to ensure that production was carried out as planned, orderly and smoothly, thus ensuring that the project was started, shipped and installed on schedule, and fulfilled their commitment to customers and won their trust with practical actions.

The project of “Development and Industrialization of Large scale Intelligent Complete Equipment Technology for Soybean Protein Concentrate (SPC) by Alcoholization” won the first prize of Science and Technology Award of China Cereals and Oils Association (CCOA) in 2021, and the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Shandong Machinery Industry for “800T/D Complete Equipment for Soybean White Flake”.
